I sent an email to your office a number of days ago and have still not received a reply. Surely email should be a faster method of correspondence? I see every letter or enquiry from my constituents. The office treats all constituency enquiries equally, and seriously. As a result: paper, telephone and email correspondence will have roughly similar reply times. I will however always respond by letter. It is therefore important to provide your postal address regardless of whether you use electronic or postal mail.
